Data Engineer

Locations: Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/HyderabadRole Overview:Implement ingestion, transformation, and optimization of enterprise data sources into Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse environments.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and optimize Fivetran connectors (Oracle, SQL DB, etc.)Manage large-volume ingestion and backfill operationsImplement Bronze to Silver transformation pipelinesDevelop incremental load and CDC logicOptimize Lakehouse performance and storage patternsImplement monitoring (record counts, load duration, failure tracking)Support Dev/Test/Prod promotion processesRequired Qualifications7+ years of data engineering experienceHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse/Data FactoryStrong experience with Fivetran or similar ELT toolsExperience handling high-volume datasets (hundreds of millions of records)Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling conceptsStrong understanding of Medallion architecture
