Data Engineer / Team Lead (GCP BigQuery DBT) Krakow to 35,000 PLN p/monthAre you a senior Data Engineer with GCP skills combined with leadership experience?You could be progressing your career in a Data Engineer / Team Lead role at a global FinTech / CFD trading company that has been consistently voted as a top employer.As a Data Engineer / Team Lead you'll lead the delivery of data pipeline and platform capabilities within the GCP consolidation programme, owning Squad commitments end-to-end across batch and real time Kafka workloads. You'll combine technical leadership with people management, coaching and developing a Squad of Data Engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence, ownership and continuous improvement.Data quality will be a key priority.
