As they continue to scale, data will play a critical role in supporting commercial performance, customer growth, operational efficiency, and future AI initiatives.THE ROLEAs a Data Engineering Lead you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the organisation's data capability while acting as the internal expert across engineering, analytics, reporting, and automation.Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:Building, maintaining, and improving data pipelines and integrationsManaging and developing the data warehouse and transformation layersDriving automation of manual reporting and analysis processesSupporting business stakeholders with trusted reporting and insightsDeveloping dashboards and BI solutions using Power BIIntegrating new data sources, including subscription and recurring revenue dataImproving data quality, documentation, governance, and accessibilityWorking closely with commercial, marketing, and operational teamsContributing to the organisation's longer-term AI and data strategyHelping shape and grow the future data functionSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Data Engineering Lead will have the following skills and experience:Strong SQL and Python skillsExperience working with cloud data warehouses, ideally BigQueryKnowledge of dbt or similar transformation frameworksExperience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processesExposure to BI and dashboarding tools, particularly Power BIExperience working with customer, marketing, revenue, or operational dataUnderstanding of subscription, recurring revenue, or customer lifecycle analyticsAbility to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a growing businessStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsBENEFITSThe successful Data Engineering Lead will receive the following benefits:Salary between £70,000 - £90,000 - depending on experienceHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your resume to Majid Latif via the Apply link on this page.
