Our teams collaborate across Data, Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Management to build reliable data solutions and support informed business decisions.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of data pipelines, databases, integrations, and data infrastructure.The successful candidate will work closely with Data, Engineering, IT, and business teams to ensure data is collected, processed, transformed, and made available accurately and efficiently for reporting, analytics, and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve data pipelines and data processing workflows.Collect, integrate, transform, and organize data from multiple sources.Build and maintain reliable data ingestion and processing processes.Work with databases, data warehouses, APIs, and other data systems.Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.Support data transformation and preparation for analytics and reporting.Collaborate with Data Analysts, Software Engineers, IT, and business teams.Monitor data pipelines and investigate data processing issues.Identify and resolve data quality, consistency, and availability problems.Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, systems, and processes.Assist with database design, optimization, and performance improvements.Support data integration between internal systems and external platforms.Implement appropriate data security and access practices in collaboration with IT teams.Assist with automation of repetitive data processing and reporting tasks.Monitor data workflows and maintain accurate operational records.Research new data technologies, tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.Contribute to improvements in data architecture, reliability, scalability, and efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in data engineering, database development, analytics, software engineering, or a related role is an advantage.Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships, academic projects, or personal projects are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language.Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline processes.Familiarity with APIs, data warehouses, cloud platforms, or data visualization tools is an advantage.Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and data modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues.Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and data platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international teams.Good written and verbal English communication skills.UAE or GCC experience is not mandatory.Candidates with relevant data, database, programming, analytics, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Data Engineering Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development📊 Exposure to Data Engineering & Analytics Projects🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🎯 Opportunity to Develop Data & Technical Skills🌐 Exposure to Regional & International Technology Initiatives
