The Owner is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that the organization stays aligned with its mission to uplift the teaching profession and deliver high-quality educational content. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team of teachers, monitoring content development and solution authoring, and maintaining academic standards and quality control. The Owner also oversees business development, partnerships with educational institutions, financial planning, and resource allocation. In addition, the role involves fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and making key decisions related to growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, including team building, decision-making, and strategic planning.Experience in the education sector, such as teaching, academic administration, curriculum development, or educational content creation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, partners, and stakeholders.Ability to oversee operations, manage budgets, and handle basic business and financial planning.Commitment to educational quality, ethical practices, and the professional development of teachers.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the education industry, including online content delivery and collaboration tools.Proven ability to work on-site and engage directly with staff and partners in Maharashtra, India.
