Data Entry Coordinator - Finance

The Finance Reporting & Data Coordinator will provide dedicated data management, reporting and administrative support within the Finance function.Responsibilities·  Maintain and update financial and management data, trackers, databases and reporting files based on information received from authorized sources.·  Review incoming information and supporting documents and ensure that relevant data is accurately captured and properly maintained.·  Prepare and update Excel-based reports, summaries and management dashboards for review by the Finance Director and designated senior management.·  Maintain accurate records of approved actions, status updates and other management information requiring ongoing tracking.·  Perform regular data validation and identify missing, duplicate or inconsistent information before reports are issued.·  Assist in consolidating information from different sources into structured and reliable management reports.·  Provide daily follow-up on assigned records, trackers and pending updates and promptly highlight missing information or unresolved items to the direct supervisors.·  Support the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc analyses, summaries and presentations as requested.·  Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation with appropriate access and confidentiality controls.·  Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards using Excel.·  Assist with other confidential data, reporting and special assignments as directed by the Finance Director or designated senior management.Qualifications·  Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.·  Previous experience in data management, reporting, finance support or a similar role.·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data validation and data cleaning.·  Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is an advantage.·  Good command of English.
