The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update customer, account, transaction, and banking-related data accurately.Verify information against source documents and identify discrepancies.Process data within agreed timelines and maintain high accuracy.Maintain and update electronic records, databases, and spreadsheets.Perform data validation and quality checks before submission.Handle banking documents and ensure proper filing and record maintenance.Support account opening, customer documentation, transaction processing, and other operational activities as required.Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.Follow bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and data security standards.Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to resolve data-related issues.Prepare basic reports and daily/weekly data summaries.Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.RequirementsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in data entry, banking operations, KYC, or customer onboarding.Hands-on experience reviewing and processing KYC documentation.Good knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and customer verification procedures.Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.High typing speed with excellent accuracy.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential customer information.UAE banking or financial services experience is preferred.About DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
