Data Entry SpecialistPow Wow Products, a growing Miami-based product development and wholesale company, is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at our Miami office.About Pow Wow ProductsPow Wow Products designs, develops, sources, and imports a wide range of home décor, furniture, wall art, and consumer products for major retailers across the United States.We work with factories and partners around the world in a fast-paced, product-driven environment where organization, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with computers and data, enjoys keeping information organized, and takes pride in getting things right.The PositionThe primary responsibility of this position is to transfer and enter information currently stored on our Mac computers into our BlueCherry software system.The successful candidate will work with our existing product and business information to ensure that all data is transferred accurately, completely, and consistently into BlueCherry.Key Responsibilities• Transfer and enter information from Mac computers into BlueCherry software• Enter and update product and business information accurately• Review existing files to ensure all relevant information has been transferred correctly• Check data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies• Organize electronic records and information• Work with spreadsheets, documents, images, and product information• Maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the data-entry process• Assist the office team with other data-entry and administrative projects as neededRequirements• Previous data-entry experience is essential• Strong computer and data-entry skills• Experience working with Mac computers• BlueCherry experience is a major advantage, but not required• Experience with ERP, inventory, or similar software systems is a plus• Excellent attention to detail• Fast and accurate data-entry skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to work independently and efficiently• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalismLocationMiami, FloridaThis is a 100% in-office position and is not remote.Why Join Pow Wow Products?You'll be joining a growing international product company where your work will directly help us improve how we organize and manage our product information.You'll work alongside our Miami team and gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a company that develops and supplies products for major U.S. retailers.If you're organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and someone who genuinely enjoys turning information into clean, accurate, well-organized data, we'd love to hear from you.
