Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to serve as the data governance and analytics authority for an organisational change or transformation programme — ensuring the technical accuracy of data-related content — while owning the end-to-end adoption-measurement framework, from KPI design through to dashboard delivery and reporting.
Employment Type: Full-time employmentResponsibilitiesServe as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy and BI/analytics concepts for all programme contentReview and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training contentDesign and maintain a KPI / adoption-measurement framework covering engagement, literacy and satisfaction metricsBuild and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track programme adoption and effectivenessDesign, administer and analyse surveys (e.g., via Microsoft Forms or similar tools) to measure awareness, satisfaction and literacyCompile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports, with trend analysis and improvement recommendationsAdvise on data-literacy frameworks and awareness-assessment designSupport executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibilityMaintain alignment with the organisation's data strategy, governance policies and relevant regulatory contextRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics or BIExperience in enterprise data environments preferredDemonstrable experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and measurement frameworksData governance and management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); data quality and data privacyBI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar)Survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisoryTranslating technical concepts for business audiencesCDMP (DAMA) — preferred; a BI-platform certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) — preferred; a cloud data-governance certification — a plusLanguage: English (fluent)
