If you love making data trustworthy, secure, and actually useful for the business, this is for you.What you'll doOwn and evolve our data governance framework across the group (policies, standards, roles, and processes).Work with business and tech teams to define data ownership, quality rules, and clear definitions (glossary, lineage, catalog).Set up and run data quality monitoring, issue management, and reporting so we know where things are breaking.Partner with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, Store Ops, and IT to embed governance into day‑to‑day workflows.Drive adoption of best practices and tools, and make sure we're aligned with privacy and regulatory requirements.What you'll bringProven experience as a Data Governance Manager (or similar) in a large, complex organisation.Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship.Hands‑on experience with data governance/catalog tools and solid SQL skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication – you can explain data stuff to non‑data people without losing them.Big plus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/SCM) and FMCG/retail environments.
