With diverse operations spanning construction, infrastructure, engineering, water, power, and industrial services, we deliver iconic large-scale projects across the Kingdom while adhering to global ISO standards of quality, safety, and innovation.Role PurposeLead a technical team of data engineers, analysts, and external consultants to manage a robust data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will support enterprise machine learning/AI initiatives, enforce data governance, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across all group subsidiaries.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Assign daily work, track deliverables, provide technical mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and foster skill development.Data Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion into Microsoft Fabric, ensure data quality and security, optimize pipeline performance, and manage workspaces.Analytics & BI Operations: Manage Power BI workspaces and access controls, support interactive dashboard development, and assist subsidiaries with analytics best practices.AI & Machine Learning Integration: Coordinate ML model deployments, integrate predictive outputs into operational workflows, and champion generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot).Vendor & Resource Management: Liaise with internal business units and external vendors, monitor cloud resource consumption/costs for backcharging, and drive efficiency improvements.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric or Power BI deployments, along with experience supervising small teams or external consultants.Certifications: Microsoft Fabric or Power BI professional certification is highly desirable / required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or a related field (relevant professional certifications and practical experience take priority).
