The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, and data modeling tools such as erwin.The role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, governed, and analytics-ready data.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end data management and data lifecycle activitiesDesign and implement data ingestion and integration solutions using Microsoft FabricDevelop and maintain data processing, transformation, and integration pipelines using DatabricksDevelop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutionsDesign, document, and maintain logical and physical data models using erwin or equivalent data modeling toolsSupport Microsoft Purview activities including data cataloging, metadata management, data lineage, and governanceMonitor and improve data quality, completeness, consistency, accuracy, and availabilityIdentify and resolve data issues across source systems and data platformsEnsure data is appropriately structured, documented, governed, and available for reporting and analyticsCollaborate with business users, data teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to understand and deliver data requirementsContribute to data management standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport data governance, compliance, and reporting requirements as neededRequired Qualifications5–8 years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft FabricStrong experience with Databricks for data processing and transformationStrong hands-on experience with Power BIExperience with data modeling, including logical and physical data modelsExperience with erwin or similar enterprise data modeling toolsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance conceptsStrong SQL skills and understanding of relational databasesGood understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, data quality, metadata, lineage, and data lifecycle managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid, international, and client-facing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure data and analytics servicesExperience implementing enterprise data management or governance initiativesKnowledge of data architecture and enterprise data platformsExperience with data quality frameworks and data governance practicesRelevant Microsoft, Databricks, or data management certificationsCore SkillsMicrosoft Fabric | Databricks | Power BI | Microsoft Purview | erwin | Data Management | Data Engineering | Data Modeling | Data Governance | Data Quality | Data Integration | ETL/ELT | SQL | Metadata Management | Data Lineage | Business Intelligence | Data Analytics
