Data Management Business Analyst £475 per day PAYE | 4-6 Month Contract | August Start | London HybridWe're supporting a leading Reinsurance client on a data management and governance initiative and are looking for an experienced Data Management Business Analyst to join the team. This role will support a new Data Governance programme due to commence in 2027. As part of the discovery and pilot phase, you'll work alongside the Data Governance Project Manager to review data management processes across 16 key systems and support the assessment of the Centric AI data management platform.Contract Details:Duration: Initial 4-6 monthsStart: Subject to onboarding and interview 2-3 weeks turnaroundRate: £475 per day PAYELocation: Hybrid – London (typically 2 days per week on-site)Key Experience Required:Strong Data Management experienceGood Business Analysis experienceTechnology background with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsExperience documenting systems, data flows, data ownership and governance processesExposure to data governance, data retention, data quality or metadata management initiativesInsurance or Reinsurance experience preferredStrong Financial Services experience will also be consideredResponsibilities:Support the Data Governance Project Manager on the programmeReview and analyse data management practices across 16 key systemsUnderstand system landscapes, data ownership and retention requirementsGather and document business and technical requirementsFacilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholdersSupport the pilot and evaluation of the Accentric AI platformProduce BA deliverables including requirements, process maps, gap analyses and recommendationsIdeal candidates will have a strong data background, solid BA experience and proven stakeholder management skills gained within Insurance, Reinsurance or broader Financial Services environments.
