Data Management Section Manager – Dubai

🚨 We’re Hiring | Data Management Section Manager – Dubai ( UAE-N)We are looking for an experienced Data Management Section Manager to lead data management, analytics, governance, and data-driven decision-making within a leading Dubai government/semi-government organization.This is a strategic leadership role for a data professional who can translate institutional and sector data into meaningful insights, frameworks, and recommendations that support organizational strategy and decision-making.🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's data management strategy, policies, frameworks, and standards
• Oversee data collection, analysis, validation, visualization, reporting, and governance
• Design and develop data infrastructure and central data repositories to support strategic decision-making
• Establish data operating, archiving, quality, and management standards aligned with government requirements
• Drive data maturity assessments and improvement initiatives
• Oversee data security and ensure compliance with information security policies
• Evaluate emerging technologies and data analytics tools and identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with Dubai Digital, IT, internal departments, and external stakeholders on data initiatives
• Lead and develop the Data Management team, including workforce planning, performance management, and capability development
