Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple electronic platforms.Prepare monthly performance reports, quality metrics, and federal reporting documentation.Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities for quality improvement.Support program evaluation, research, and data-driven recommendations.Monitor performance measures and assist with quality improvement projects.Coordinate with internal teams, funded agencies, and vendors on data management and reporting.Support annual site visits, program operations, and data-related training.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.3–5 years of experience in data analysis, research, reporting, or data management.Experience in healthcare, public health, clinical quality, or government programs preferred.Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work with multiple data systems and prepare accurate performance reports.
