Project Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaReports To: Survey Monitoring Manager Position SummaryThe Data Manager is responsible for managing, validating, analyzing, and reporting survey and structural monitoring data generated across the Riyadh Metro Project. The role ensures data integrity, accuracy, traceability, and timely reporting of monitoring results to support engineering decisions, risk management, and project compliance requirements.ResponsibilitiesData Management Manage all survey and monitoring databases and data repositories Collect, organize, validate, and archive monitoring observations from manual and automated monitoring systems Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of monitoring data records Maintain secure backup and recovery procedures for all project monitoring dataMonitoring Data Analysis Process and analyze settlement, deformation, displacement, vibration, convergence, and structural movement data Monitor trends against project alert, alarm, and action thresholds Identify anomalies and escalate significant findings to the Monitoring Manager Support investigation of unusual movements or monitoring events. Reporting & Visualization Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc monitoring reports Develop dashboards, graphs, and trend analysis presentations Generate movement summaries and key performance indicators Produce reports for clients, consultants, and project management teamsSystems Administration Manage monitoring software platforms including: Leica GeoMoS - Trimble 4D Control - Power BI - SQL Databases - GIS Platforms Monitor data transmission and automated monitoring system performance Coordinate with IT teams regarding database and server requirementsQuality Assurance Verify data quality and compliance with project standards Implement data validation and quality control procedures Maintain audit trails and monitoring records Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirementsRequirementsQualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in survey and monitoring data management Experience on metro, railway, tunneling, or infrastructure projects preferred Experience with automated monitoring systems and large datasetsTechnical Skills Advanced Microsoft ExcelPower BI and dashboard development. SQL Database Management Leica GeoMoS or Trimble 4D Control GIS Applications Data analysis and statistical reporting Strong reporting and presentation skillsCompetencies Strong analytical thinking High attention to detail Ability to manage large volumes of data Excellent reporting and communication skills Time management and organizationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of monitoring databases Timely report issuance Data integrity and traceability Compliance with reporting deadlines Successful management of monitoring alerts
