Senior Erwin Data Modeler, 6 months Contract, Start ASAP, UAE, ErwinWe're looking for an experienced Erwin Data Modeler to lead the establishment of an enterprise data modelling capability for a large-scale transformation programme.This will be a long term contract (initially 6months), UAE based on site 5 days a week.This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for designing and governing conceptual, logical and physical data models while helping shape enterprise-wide data standards and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and administer Erwin Data Modeler and Erwin MartDesign conceptual, logical and physical data modelsDefine and document authoritative data registersDevelop physical models for IBM DB2 Warehouse and Databricks Delta LakeReverse engineer existing database structures where requiredEnsure full traceability between business requirements and data modelsWork closely with data governance and metadata teams, including Microsoft PurviewProduce modelling documentation and approval packsFacilitate stakeholder workshops and drive modelling best practiceEssential ExperienceExtensive commercial experience with Erwin Data ModelerStrong background in conceptual, logical and physical data modellingExperience administering Erwin MartIBM DB2 Warehouse experienceDatabricks Delta Lake knowledgeEnterprise Data Governance and Metadata ManagementData lineage and traceabilityStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skillsHighly DesirableMicrosoft PurviewGovernment or public sector experienceEnterprise ArchitectureData governance frameworksGIM / UDM knowledgeIf you're an experienced Enterprise Data Modeller with deep Erwin expertise and are looking for your next contract, we'd love to hear from you.
