Our Data Consulting team consists of 400+ consultants working across data marketing, data governance, strategy consulting, product ownership, and more.About the Role Job Description: Data ModelerWork Location : Abu Dhabi Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days What You Will Be DoingDesign the enterprise data model and map multiple source systems into a canonical model (UDM/GIM) on an Informatica stack.Implement data quality measures - Source profiling, transformation rules, and handling granularity mismatches and derived/composite fields.Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines for seamless data movement across systems.Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.Implement data modelling and data architecture best practices.Work with cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable data solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.Utilize Spark and Kafka for data processing and analytics.Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and transformation of large-scale datasets.What We Are Looking ForKey Requirements:Strong SQL skillsStrong Data Engineering (DE) foundation including medallion architecture, SCDsExperience with any cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS)Strong understanding of logical and physical data modelling (not just star schema)Good knowledge of industry modelling like Party / Event / Location / Classification / Resource Item supertypes.Technical Skills:Experience with data modelling tools - Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or SQL Developer Data ModelerExperience with ETL and data pipeline developmentHands-on experience with cloud platformsDatabase management experienceGood to have: Experience in canonical/industry reference model for e.g. IBM IIW-style supertypes; experience mapping many disparate sources into one enterprise model.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCollaborative and solution-oriented mindsetAbout DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
