Lead the design, development, and governance of finance analytics solutions using Power BI, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insightsPosition Overview * Lead the design, development and governance of finance analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI. * Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights and decision support.Key Responsibilities * Design end-to-end Power BI architecture and reporting ecosystem. * Integrate data from ERP, budgeting, HR and operational platforms. * Develop executive, finance, commercial and operational dashboards. * Perform data reconciliation and validation against source systems. * Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reports. * Manage reporting demand, prioritization and stakeholder expectations. * Establish dataset governance, security, access controls and ownership. * Provide training, user support and continuous improvement.Required Experience * 8+ years in Data Analytics, BI or Finance Analytics. * Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query and Data Modelling. * Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. * Experience working across multiple data sources and enterprise systems. * Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.Preferred Experience * ERP reporting platforms. * Logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or commercial analytics environments. * Data governance and platform ownership experience.Success Profile * Finance Analytics + Power BI + Business Partnering. * Ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions. * Strong analytical thinking and attention to data accuracy.Due to the high volume of applications we are experiencing, our team will only be in touch with you if your application is shortlisted.
