Next to our work, we like to celebrate our achievements and have fun together by regularly organising team activities such as dinners, pub quizzes, and parties to make sure everyone feels included and appreciated.What will you do as a Data Platform & AI Engineer?As part of The LAB, you play an important role in strengthening DVJ's data, technology and analytics capabilities. You work at the intersection of data engineering, platform operations, automation and AI-enabled analytics, helping us maintain, improve and scale the solutions that support our consultants, researchers and clients.A large part of your role will focus on maintaining and improving DVJ's data ecosystem, including Microsoft Fabric, data pipelines and Spenderlog – our proprietary consumer analytics platform. You help ensure that these platforms remain reliable, scalable and future-proof while reducing operational dependencies and increasing continuity.At the same time, you contribute to the maintenance and further development of AI-enabled solutions that help automate processes, improve data quality and generate smarter insights.Specifically, you will:Develop, maintain and optimize data pipelines, data models and platform integrations within Microsoft Fabric and related technologiesOperate, support and continuously improve Spenderlog, one of DVJ's key strategic data platformsMonitor data quality and platform performance, investigate issues and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholdersSupport and improve existing machine learning and AI-enabled solutions that contribute to automation and insight generationContribute ideas and technical input to platform improvements, automation opportunities and future AI applicationsWork closely with consultants, researchers, data specialists and technology partners to translate business needs into practical technical solutionsHelp strengthen documentation, knowledge sharing and operational continuity so that our solutions remain scalable and maintainable over timeYou enjoy solving data and technology challenges, take ownership of the systems you support and are motivated by creating a reliable foundation that enables others to do their best work. What do we offer?A fun, versatile and challenging job at an innovative, successful market research agency, with offices in the Netherlands, the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain and Germany.
