Lead incident management activities, including triage, escalation, resolution tracking, and closure.3. Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex platform and distributed system issues.4. Provide timely stakeholder updates, status reporting, and management communication.5. Support operational reporting on incidents, SLAs, risks, open issues, and service performance.6. Maintain and improve SOPs, runbooks, support documentation, and escalation processes.7. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service reliability.8.
