Data Privacy & AI Compliance Specialist

Our partner is a global leader in sustainable agricultural innovation, helping farmers around the world improve productivity and sustainability through cutting-edge technologies. They are currently looking for a Data Privacy & AI Compliance Specialist to join their team at their Budapest office. The purpose of this role is to maintain compliance with global data privacy regulations and emerging AI governance requirements. Supporting the continuous development and improvement of the company's data privacy system. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about privacy, compliance, and the evolving world of AI governance. Your responsibilities will include Support the usage and ongoing development of the OneTrust platform. Help identify and assess privacy-related risks in business processes. Provide day-to-day data privacy support to internal stakeholders. Review new AI tools and technologies from a data privacy perspective. Support compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Help create and maintain privacy-related guidelines, procedures, and training materials. Work closely with different teams to improve data privacy processes and practices across the organization. What you need to succeed: At least 3 years of experience in data privacy, GDPR compliance or a related field.Good understanding of data protection principles, GDPR and other privacy-related regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant EU frameworks.Familiarity with risk assessments, process mapping, compliance programs, or governance frameworks Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer support skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience working with the OneTrust platform or similar privacy tools is a plus.
