Team members work on cutting-edge privacy challenges and contribute to building practical, business-focused solutions.Job Description: Privacy Implementation Analyst (DPDPA)Location: Pune (Hybrid) Experience: 0–2 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: ₹6–10 LPA (based on experience and skills)About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Privacy Implementation Analyst to support the implementation of privacy requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). The role involves working with business and technology teams to operationalize privacy requirements, maintain compliance documentation, and support privacy-by-design initiatives using our internally developed frameworks and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing DPDPA requirements across business processes and digital products.Support personal data discovery, data inventories, and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).Assist in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and documenting privacy risks.Support implementation of privacy notices and consent management requirements.Assist in managing Data Principal Rights requests and maintaining related records.Maintain privacy documentation, templates, and implementation evidence.Support third-party privacy assessments and vendor due diligence.Track remediation activities and coordinate with business and engineering teams to ensure timely closure.Support privacy-by-design implementation throughout the product lifecycle.Monitor changes in DPDPA requirements and assist in updating internal processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.0–2 years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, information security, or a related field.Working knowledge of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of privacy concepts such as consent management, privacy notices, Data Principal Rights, PIAs, RoPA, vendor privacy assessments, and privacy-by-design.Interest in automation and process improvement.IAPP CIPP/E certification or a willingness to pursue it.Key CompetenciesStrong attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProcess-oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to collaborate with business and technical stakeholdersEagerness to learn and grow in privacy implementation
