With strong local regulatory expertise and end-to-end support from initial consultation to ongoing compliance, Links Corporate Consultants helps organizations navigate complex requirements and achieve sustainable growth.Role Description The Data Privacy Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on advising clients on data protection and privacy compliance within the UAE and international regulatory frameworks. This role involves assessing current data handling practices, identifying privacy risks, and recommending actionable measures to improve data governance and security. The consultant will draft and review privacy policies, procedures, and contractual clauses, and develop compliance programs aligned with relevant laws and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting privacy impact assessments, coordinating with legal, IT, and business stakeholders, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing advisory support on new regulations and emerging privacy trends. The role requires close collaboration with client teams to ensure practical implementation of privacy controls and continuous monitoring of compliance.QualificationsData Privacy Consultant:Duration : 2-year renewable contract on a full time basisRole Overview & Qualifications:• Core Experience: 5–8 years of experience in data privacy.• Technical Expertise: Strong background in Data Classification, as well as the design of data privacy strategies, policies, and procedures.• Language Requirements: English , French and Arabic (spoken and written) proficiency is mandatory for this role.• Regional Travel: As we operate regionally, the candidate must be willing to travel to project locations as required. Travel costs and logistics for project-based travel will be covered separately.Terms & Compensation:• Benefits: Includes annual air ticket, health insurance, and performance bonuses.Contract Details: Full-time, 2-year contract (renewable), with a 6-month probation period.
