Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Mode: Full-Time, OnsiteExperience: 5+ YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's privacy program, with strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor privacy and PDPL requirementsDevelop and maintain ROPA (Records of Processing Activities)Conduct DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments)Manage Data Subject Rights (DSR) requestsSupport personal data breach assessments and investigationsConduct privacy assessments of third-party vendorsSupport cross-border data transfer assessmentsMaintain privacy risk registers and compliance evidenceSupport Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance activitiesPrepare privacy reports, KPIs and awareness/training materialRequirements:5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Data Privacy/Data ProtectionStrong knowledge of Saudi PDPLPractical experience with ROPA, DPIA and DSRExperience in vendor privacy assessments and privacy compliance reviewsExperience with Microsoft Purview is requiredFluent English and ArabicCIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE or equivalent certification is preferred
