Join ESDS Software Solution Ltd. as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and play a key role in building a robust privacy and compliance framework.Position: Data Protection Officer (DPO)Location: Nashik, Maharashtra (Preferred)Experience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with India's DPDP Act, 2023, GDPR, and other global privacy regulations.Advise on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Privacy by Design principles.Lead privacy governance, compliance monitoring, and policy implementation.Manage data breach response, regulatory interactions, and grievance handling.Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, HR, IT, and Business teams to strengthen privacy controls.Conduct privacy awareness and training programs across the organization.We're Looking For:Strong knowledge of GDPR, DPDP Act, UK GDPR, and privacy governance frameworks.Experience in privacy compliance, risk management, audits, and regulatory engagement.Exposure to ISO 27701, privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPO, etc.) will be an added advantage.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and policy drafting skills.If you're ready to make an impact in a fast-growing technology organization and shape the future of privacy governance, we'd love to hear from you!
