Lead SIMAH’s enterprise-wide Data Quality Management strategy by defining policies, processes, and systems that ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability across all operations, fostering a culture of data excellence and compliance with regulatory and business requirements.Key Responsibilities.

• Define and implement a robust Data Quality Management framework, including policies, procedures, processes, technologies, and staffing, to continuously monitor and enhance SIMAH’s business data.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and establish key data quality metrics and validation rules to monitor the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, uniqueness, validity, and consistency of critical data assets.
• Lead the development and management of tools and systems for data profiling, assessment, and validation, ensuring business-critical data is complete, accurate, and consistent.
• Maintain transparent and timely processes for identifying, reporting, and resolving data quality issues in coordination with data providers, stewards, and owners.
• Collaborate with IT and related teams to enhance data quality systems, dashboards, and reporting tools, enabling actionable insights and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior management on data quality risks, trends, and opportunities to strengthen business decision-making and operational efficiency.Requirements. Years of Experience:4+ years of relevant experience.Qualification:Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics or any related field.
