The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, validating, and presenting business data to support reporting and informed decision-making.This role is suitable for candidates with experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data visualisation who enjoy working with large datasets and turning data into clear, actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and trend analysis. Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyse business data. Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information. Analyse trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify business insights. Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible. Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and reporting schedules. Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Present findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear and concise format. Support improvements to data processes, reporting standards, and analytical workflows. Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence/reporting platform. Understanding of data visualisation and KPI reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Good organisational and time-management skills. Desirable SkillsExperience with Power Query, DAX, Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools. Knowledge of data cleansing and data quality processes. Experience working with large datasets. Understanding of business intelligence and performance reporting. Familiarity with reporting automation and dashboard development.
