About the RoleThis role will support the delivery of high-quality reporting and analysis across our portfolio of businesses, spanning financial, operational and forecast reporting, as well as ad hoc analysis This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with plenty of variety.What You’ll Be DoingPrepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports with insights and analysisSupport ad hoc data requests and executive-level analysis for strategic decision makingPartner with business unit leaders to drive a culture of data-driven decision makingAct as a subject matter expert for core systems like BPC, Autotask, and QSRAssist in the integration of new acquisitions into our core reporting systemsProvide hands-on support to the Group Director on various administrative and operational tasksWhat You’ll BringA degree in accounting, business, or a related field (data analytics qualifications are a bonus!)2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial environmentStrong grasp of core accounting principles and financial reportingSharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying trendsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh level of computer literacy, including MS Excel and financial systemsA proactive, flexible, and collaborative approachWhy Join Vela APX?At Vela APX, we believe in taking care of our team.
