Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaSalary: $120,000–$140,000 per annumWorking arrangement: HybridAbout the OrganisationOur client is an international construction and project consultancy providing cost, commercial and project management services across property and infrastructure.

With an established US presence and global expertise, the business combines specialist advice with a strong focus on technology, transparent reporting and helping clients achieve greater value from their projects.The RoleWe are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to develop dashboards, improve reporting and provide analytical support across project and operational teams.Working closely with internal teams and project leadership, you will turn complex and evolving datasets into clear, reliable reporting that supports decision-making. You will take ownership of dashboard development, improve data quality and identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and enhance dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI.Translate reporting requirements into clear metrics, visuals, filters and dashboard layouts.Take ownership of assigned dashboard builds and ongoing enhancements.Organise, validate and prepare data from Google Sheets, Excel and other sources.Clean and restructure datasets to improve reporting accuracy, consistency and usability.Analyse project, operational and financial data to identify trends and variances.Carry out data quality checks and maintain consistency across reporting outputs.Improve dashboard design and the way information is presented and communicated.Support reporting automation and process improvements to reduce manual work.Work with internal teams and project leadership to understand and respond to reporting needs.Support wider data, reporting and dashboard initiatives as required.Skills & ExperienceAt least three years’ experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, financial analysis or a related role.Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio and/or Power BI.Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills.A good understanding of data structures, reporting metrics and data quality.Confidence working with datasets that require cleaning, validation or restructuring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of assigned work.Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desirable ExperienceExperience using both Looker Studio and Power BI.SQL or other data-querying experience.Google Apps Script or other automation experience.Financial reporting, cost management or project controls experience.Experience within facilities, construction, real estate or capital projects.Strong dashboard design and visual communication skills.Familiarity with project management information systems (PMIS) or similar project and financial systems.PackageSalary of $120,000–$140,000 per annum.Hybrid working arrangement based in San Francisco.Opportunity to support project delivery through data, reporting and analytics within an international consultancy.
