We are building high-performing international teams that support our mission of making renewable energy accessible to everyone.About the roleThe Reporting & Data Analytics Analyst is responsible for transforming business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights. This role focuses on data analysis, KPI development, dashboard creation, data modeling, process automation, and performance tracking to support operational and strategic decision-making across the business.What You’ll Do

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Identify, assess, and validate data sources from Snowflake, SharePoint, Excel, CRM systems, and operational platforms.
• Build and maintain ETL processes and improve data quality across reporting environments.
• Develop SQL queries, analytical views, and data models to support business reporting
• Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Manage Power BI datasets, dataflows, refresh schedules, and access permissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Execute incentive and bonus calculations through data validation, auditing, and reporting processes.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects to reduce manual reporting efforts.What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Operational Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong SQL development skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience with data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience designing dashboards and delivering actionable business insights.
• Experience with Snowflake, SharePoint, or reporting automation is a plus.
