Data Research Intern

Company Description DM8 is an early-stage PropTech startup focused on building the digital infrastructure for India’s urban residential communities. Role Description The Data Research Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across DM8’s products and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from internal and external sources and conducting basic data analysis.The intern will assist with building datasets related to urban residential communities, documenting research methods, and maintaining structured data repositories. Work Commitment: 5-6 hr per day. Weekends off.Stipend: Rs 3000 per Month + performance bonusQualificationsCandidates should possess Data Management skills, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining datasets.Clear Communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.Strong attention to detail, curiosity about urban living and PropTech, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
