Founded in 2007, TNP Consultants is a fast-growing, independent European consulting firm specializing in strategic, operational, digital, and regulatory transformations.We support leading organizations across banking, insurance, transportation, energy, automotive, and the public sector—helping them turn complexity into performance.At TNP, accelerating client impact is not just what we do—it’s who we are.With a strong international footprint across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East & Asia, our teams bring together entrepreneurial spirit, deep expertise, and a relentless focus on results.Join a firm where ambition, team spirit, and initiative are truly valued.The OpportunityAs part of our growth, we are looking for a Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Consulting Manager (M/F) to accelerate the expansion of our Data & AI practice and deliver high-impact transformation programs for our clients.Data & AI Advisory PracticeOur Data & AI Advisory team supports clients end-to-end—from strategy to execution—on their most critical data and AI challenges.We operate across:Data strategy & governanceData engineering & modern data platformsAI / Machine Learning & Generative AIData-driven business transformationOur consultants work at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation, tackling complex challenges across multiple industries.Your MissionsYour RoleAs a Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge AI transformation programs:Lead large-scale Generative AI initiatives, from use case definition to industrializationAdvise C-level and senior stakeholders on GenAI strategy and responsible adoptionManage and grow a team of consultants, both on technical and ethical AI dimensionsContribute to the development of our Data & AI practice (offers, business development, thought leadership)Design and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral), agents, and diffusion modelsBuild and scale RAG architectures to unlock enterprise data valueDrive AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI frameworksImplement advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation strategiesAdvise on security, bias, explainability, and regulatory challengesYour ProfileMaster’s degree from a top engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning5–8 years of experience, including hands-on exposure to Generative AI projects in consulting or industryStrong expertise in:LLM ecosystems (GPT, Claude, Llama…)Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFuse…)APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral)Solid experience with RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluationGood understanding of cloud AI ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex transformation programsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong critical thinking on AI risks, ethics, and responsible usageCuriosity and passion for the fast-evolving GenAI landscapeJoin TNP and grow in a people-first environment where close leadership and respect drive our collective success.
