A leading, rapidly growing Cybersecurity corporation that develops high-scale, B2B enterprise platforms protecting global organizations from emerging digital threats.Operating at the absolute cutting edge of the industry's shift toward intelligent defense, the company builds production-grade, AI-native security ecosystems that defend complex cloud and data layers.Counting hundreds of employees, the organization offers an elite R&D environment that blends deep academic research with large-scale product engineering.The company's R&D headquarters is located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated directly on a primary train line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for one day of remote work per week.Position Overview-Senior AI / NLP Research Engineer joining an elite data science and engineering division to architect production-grade AI security products.Owning the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle: from abstract problem definition and theoretical research to LLM/NLP model development, production deployment, and continuous live optimization.Engineering advanced defense frameworks specifically designed to parse, model, and secure massive pipelines of Textual Data (NLP).Designing robust validation experiments and model evaluation metrics to measure real-world performance against complex enterprise threat vectors.Working within a heavily data-centric ecosystem using Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.Requirements-4+ years of proven professional experience as a Data Scientist / ML Research Engineer (Mandatory).Proven career background working within Cybersecurity or Network Performance companies at any stage of your career history (Mandatory).Direct, hands-on production experience with at least one of the following domains: NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI (GenAI) (Mandatory).Strong programming and execution capabilities in Python and PyTorch / Hugging Face.154349
