Working Mode: Onsite – Abu DhabiContract time period: 1 year (extendable)Experience Required: 5+ Years (Consulting experience is a big plus)Expected Onboarding time : 1 weekRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Science Consultant to join our Data & AI practice and deliver high-impact analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business consulting, and client engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights, developing advanced analytical models, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. Experience with machine learning, NLP, LLMs, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of complex data science and analytics engagements, ensuring successful project execution and measurable business outcomes.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into analytical and technical solutions.Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, statistical, and predictive models to solve business challenges.Build custom analytical frameworks and methodologies beyond standard reporting and analytics processes.Develop and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, classification systems, clustering algorithms, and forecasting solutions.Perform data exploration, feature engineering, data transformation, and model evaluation to improve solution performance.Design and implement NLP and LLM-powered solutions using modern AI frameworks and transformer-based architectures.Conduct quality assurance and validation of analytical outputs, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and business relevance.Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.Present analytical findings, recommendations, and project outcomes directly to client stakeholders and leadership teams.Support proposal development, solution design, effort estimation, and resource planning for new business opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, BI Developers, Architects, and Business Consultants.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, innovation programs, and the enhancement of Data & AI capabilities.Ensure adherence to information security policies, governance standards, and organizational compliance requirements.Maintain technical documentation, model documentation, and project deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI Consulting roles.Strong expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and solution development.Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and model evaluation methodologies.Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, data transformation, and exploratory data analysis.Proficiency in Python data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and related frameworks.Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools.Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and GenAI solution development.Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar BI platforms.Strong understanding of databases, APIs, Git version control, and software engineering best practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Desirable SkillsExperience in strategy consulting, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or business transformation initiatives.Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and AI application development.Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Knowledge of cloud-based AI/NLP services including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Comprehend, IBM Watson NLP, or similar platforms.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to data governance, data quality, and metadata management frameworks.Due diligence, transaction advisory, or consulting experience will be an added advantage.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
