Data Science Specialist (UAE National)

Job PurposeSupport data-driven decision-making by analyzing data, developing predictive models, generating business insights, and contributing to AI and analytics initiatives across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Build and maintain predictive and machine learning models.Support AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges through data.Experience & QualificationsUAE National (Family Book).Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas.Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools is preferred.Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.Preferred ProfileAn Emirati data professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of transforming data into actionable insights and supporting the organization's digital and AI-driven transformation journey.
