We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organization focused on Data & AI innovation, seeking an experienced Data Science Team Lead to drive high‑impact initiatives.Role Overview:Lead and mentor a teamOwn full lifecycle of ML models Drive Generative AI innovation and build LLM‑based business solutionsTranslate complex business needs into practical AI deliverablesWork closely with IT to lead integrations in a large enterprise environmentlead development, optimization, and deployment of AI projectsRequirements:5 years of experience in Data Science1–2 years as Team Lead / Tech LeadStrong background in classical ML algorithms and LLMsExperience with LangChain / similar frameworks, Tokenization, Prompt EngineeringFamiliarity with RAG architectures – strong advantagePython & SQL at a high level📍 Location : Central Region Hybrid work model
