Elad Systems is hiring a Data Scientist!Join the forefront of innovation and take a leading role in developing advanced AI solutions within a cutting-edge technological environment.Location: Jerusalem Position: Full-timeWhat You'll Do:Develop and implement end-to-end AI solutions in a hybrid environment, combining On-Premise infrastructure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Train and fine-tune language and image models.Develop advanced algorithms and machine learning models.Build benchmarks and performance evaluation metrics.Lead the transition of AI and ML solutions from research to production.Collaborate closely with Data, Development, and Product teams.Requirements:Relevant academic qualification – required.At least 3 years of experience in Data roles, including Data Analytics or Data Science, with at least 1 year of experience as a Data Scientist.Expert-level Python development skills, including clean code, software architecture, and best practices.Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning models, including language or image models.Proven experience working with LLMs on Hebrew-language content and text.Excellent command of Hebrew, including reading, writing, and comprehension.Strong teamwork and technical writing skills, with the ability to learn independently, provide excellent service, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Willingness to support critical systems outside standard working hours, including Saturdays when required.Advantages:Experience implementing statistical and mathematical models in Big Data environments.Experience in Image Processing or Computer Vision.Experience developing RAG infrastructures and vector search solutions.Experience transitioning Machine Learning models from research to production, including MLOps.Experience working with GCP in AI and ML environments.Familiarity with open-source models, particularly language models.If you're looking for a meaningful professional challenge and want to join a leading team developing innovative AI solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
