Key Responsibilities

*Lead and participate in collaborative workshops with internal teams and external clients to translate operational needs into custom, high-impact algorithmic AI solutions.*Rapidly analyze complex datasets to design, benchmark, train, and validate ML/DL models tailored to specific use cases under strict data sensitivity constraints.*Build and scale robust, end-to-end ML pipelines—spanning data collection, automated feature engineering, CI/CD deployment, and real-time model monitoring.*Clearly translate technical metrics, model behavior, and business ROI for both engineering peers and non-technical executive stakeholders.*Champion AI engineering best practices, track state-of-the-art technological breakthroughs, and share knowledge to elevate organizational capabilities.*Maintain thorough technical documentation while strictly adhering to cybersecurity protocols, ethical AI guidelines, and data sovereignty requirements.Required experience:*5–7+ years of professional experience in applied Machine Learning and AI engineering.*Demonstrated track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade ML systems from initial data ingestion to live inference.*Proven ability to build resilient algorithmic pipelines and data architectures capable of meeting real-time operational constraints.*Hands-on experience leading or actively contributing to client-facing discovery sessions and technical ideation workshops.*Familiarity navigating data privacy, security, and sovereignty requirements within defense or critical infrastructure environments.Technical qualifications:*Advanced foundation in statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.*Hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Model Context Protocol workflows.*Deep proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.*Strong command of SQL and relational databases, with working exposure to NoSQL systems.*Production experience with MLflow, Docker, GitLab, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and CI/CD automation.*Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.*Having familiarity with Java, Apache Spark, or Scala for large-scale distributed data processing is a bonus!

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering.
• High fluency in spoken and written English (additional fluency in French and/or Arabic is a bonus!)
• Experience working in agile project management environments and conducting customer facing meetings
