Data Scientist (AI & Advanced Analytics)

We are seeking an experienced Data Science & AI Specialist to develop and deploy Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI solutions for business use cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data, developing scalable AI models and data pipelines, driving actionable business insights, and ensuring model performance, governance, and regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and maintain Machine Learning and AI models for business use casesAnalyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and business recommendationsCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutionsDevelop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model monitoring frameworksBuild predictive analytics solutions for customer, risk, and operational insightsImplement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and advanced analytics initiativesAnalyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendationsMonitor model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability, and implement improvements where requiredEnsure AI and ML solutions comply with governance, risk management, regulatory, and compliance requirementsPresent analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders and executive leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutionsRequirements7–10 years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fieldsStrong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical ModelingHands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learnStrong experience in Predictive Analytics and advanced data solutionsMandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services sectorStrong understanding of AI governance, model risk management, regulatory requirements, and compliance standardsExperience developing and deploying scalable AI/ML models and data pipelinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear business recommendationsExperience working with senior management and executive stakeholders is preferredArabic speaking is required.
