Role DescriptionWe are seeking analytical and curious graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Programme as Data Scientists and Analysts. The role involves transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives. The Data Scientist and Analyst will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data, develop analytical models, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. The role may also involve applying statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics to solve business problems. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative thinking with business curiosity, technical capability, and a passion for using data to create measurable impact.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.Strong foundation in statistics, probability, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving.Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other relevant data analysis languages and tools.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Understanding of data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts.Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights.Familiarity with databases, cloud platforms, or data engineering concepts is advantageous.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Strong curiosity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and interest in applying data to real-world business challenges.
