We’re hiring hands-on operators who deliver production-ready LLM and agentic solutions—not just prototypes.What You’ll Do:Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows powered by LLMs (retrieval, reasoning, tool orchestration)Develop multi-step intelligent systems for planning, memory, and real-world tool usageDeliver recommendation, classification, and forecasting systems on large-scale datasetsAutomate complex workflows and decision-making, driving measurable business impactOwn problems end-to-end: from exploration to production deployment and iterationIntegrate AI into products, APIs, and business processes for scalable, reliable solutionsCollaborate with engineering to ensure robust, observable, and maintainable systemsWhat You’ll Bring:Strong Python skills and production-grade coding experienceProven track record shipping LLM-powered systems (LangChain/LangGraph or similar) into productionHands-on experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-step reasoningExperience designing and implementing RAG systems with real-world impactFamiliarity with MCP or similar orchestration patterns (FastMCP/FastAPI)Understanding of LLM limitations and trade-offs (hallucination, latency, cost)Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)Masters or higher in Maths, Science, or Computer ScienceOwnership mindset, bias for action, and strong product focusComfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsBonus Points:Experience with SaaS/B2B AI products or AI-driven business transformationBackground in high-growth/scaling environmentsEvidence of systems delivering real value in production
