In this role, you will collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability for downstream analysis. You will design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems, optimize processes, and uncover patterns in complex data. Day-to-day responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training and validation, and presenting findings through clear dashboards, visualizations, and reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical projects, communicate results in a non-technical manner, and iterate on solutions based on feedback and real-world performance.QualificationsStrong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to design experiments, apply appropriate models, and interpret results.Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python or R) and SQL for querying databases.Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern data platforms or cloud environments.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.Experience in an international or multicultural setting and interest in UAE tech market trends, sponsorship pathways, and relocation is an advantage.
