Data Scientist

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, extracting insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and validate machine learning and statistical modelsClean, preprocess, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasetsTranslate business problems into data science solutions and measurable outcomesDevelop and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teamsCommunicate findings and model performance clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersCoordinate with senior data scientists and product teams to deploy models into productionStay current with new tools, frameworks, and best practices in the fieldMaintain accuracy, reproducibility, and quality standards across projectsRequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analyticsStrong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQLSolid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data structuresStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous, large-scale dataAbility to work independently in a remote setupPreferred SkillsExperience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment (Docker, cloud ML platforms)Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecastingExperience presenting insights to business/leadership stakeholders
