Data Scientist (Banking & Cards Analytics)Location: Saudi Arabia (Onsite)Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)About the RoleWe are hiring a Data Scientist for a leading organization in the Banking and Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in card portfolio analytics, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and banking data science. This role focuses on generating business insights that drive portfolio growth, customer engagement, and revenue optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop predictive models for customer behavior, portfolio performance, and business growth.Perform customer segmentation using statistical and machine learning techniques.Analyze credit and debit card portfolios to identify revenue opportunities and profitability drivers.Build analytical models for customer acquisition, retention, cross sell, and churn prediction.Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions.Develop reports and dashboards to support strategic decision making.Ensure data quality and support model validation activities.Requirements4 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Banking Analytics.Experience in the Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services domain.Strong understanding of credit and debit card business.Hands on experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling.Good knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forest, and gradient boosting.Experience with Python, SQL, and SAS.Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred ExperienceCard portfolio analytics.Credit risk or customer analytics.Revenue and profitability analysis.Marketing analytics, propensity models, or churn models.Machine learning model development and validation.
