Data Scientist – Machine Learning & Decision IntelligenceFor my client, we are looking for a Data Scientist who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data and machine learning. You will work at the intersection of data science, analytics, product insights, and decision intelligence, helping transform large-scale platform data into actionable solutions.In this role, you will work on the full ML lifecycle: translating business questions into data problems, exploring and preparing datasets using Python and SQL, developing and evaluating machine learning models, explaining model outcomes, and supporting the move from experimentation to production.You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, commercial, operations, data engineering, and ML engineering teams. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong technical skills with a pragmatic business mindset and can clearly explain complex concepts to different stakeholders.What we are looking for:3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced AnalyticsStrong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL experienceExperience building and evaluating ML models (classification, regression, forecasting, segmentation, ranking)Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, model evaluation, and data qualityAbility to communicate technical insights in a clear and practical wayNice to have:Experience with customer analytics, churn, retention, personalization, or recommendation systemsExperience with cloud data platforms such as BigQueryFamiliarity with MLflow, model monitoring, or ML production workflowsExperience in digital platforms, gaming, fintech, marketplaces, or other high-volume environmentsBenefits:Salary up to 65kHybridBonusTravel allowanceStart with 12-months, after that switch to permanent27 holidaysInterested?
