Data Scientist – Machine Learning & Decision IntelligenceFor my client, we are looking for a Data Scientist who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data and machine learning. You will work at the intersection of data science, analytics, product insights, and decision intelligence, helping transform large-scale platform data into actionable solutions.In this role, you will work on the full ML lifecycle: translating business questions into data problems, exploring and preparing datasets using Python and SQL, developing and evaluating machine learning models, explaining model outcomes, and supporting the move from experimentation to production.You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, commercial, operations, data engineering, and ML engineering teams. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong technical skills with a pragmatic business mindset and can clearly explain complex concepts to different stakeholders.What we are looking for3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.Strong Python skills, including experience with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.Solid SQL experience for querying and analyzing large datasets.Hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning models, including classification, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and ranking.Good understanding of statistics, experimentation (A/B testing), model evaluation, and data quality.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.Nice to have:Experience with customer analytics, churn prediction, retention strategies, personalization, or recommendation systems.Experience working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery.Familiarity with MLflow, model monitoring, and MLOps or production ML workflows.Experience in fast-paced, data-rich environments such as digital platforms, gaming, fintech, marketplaces, or other high-volume businesses.Benefits:Salary up to €75k (including holiday allowance)Hybrid working model.Performance bonus.Travel allowance.Initial 12-month contract with the intention to convert to a permanent position.27 holidays per year.Interested?
