Role: Data ScientistWe are seeking a data scientist to help our client accelerate the adoption of AI across their FinTech services.About the PositionAI has broad applications within FinTech — from predicting user behavior to credit scoring and fraud detection. As a data scientist, you'll help drive business value by identifying the best solutions for these varied use cases, leveraging tools such as AutoML along the way.Working within our client's rapidly growing FinTech business, you'll have the opportunity to generate real added value and see the tangible impact of AI firsthand.Work EnvironmentProjects are run collaboratively, involving project managers alongside team members who primarily focus on building out data-processing systems.Required QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, data visualization, or a related fieldFamiliarity with common machine learning algorithmsSolid understanding of standard evaluation methods for machine learning modelsProgramming proficiency (Python, R, or similar)Working knowledge of SQL and database systemsStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively both within and beyond your immediate teamPreferred QualificationsExperience leading teams of developers and analystsGenuine curiosity about emerging technologies and toolsHands-on experience applying data- and AI-driven systems and services in practice
