This is a highly visible role with significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to work on both strategic initiatives and high-impact business challenges.The RoleBuild and improve machine learning models focused on retention, engagement, customer lifetime value, and forecastingDevelop anomaly detection solutions to identify issues impacting customer journeys and performanceDesign and evaluate experiments, including A/B testingPartner with Product, Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Commercial teams to solve business problemsTranslate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for stakeholdersYour Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial Data Science experience in customer, marketing, ecommerce, loyalty, or subscription environmentsAdvanced Python and SQL skillsExperience building predictive models and deploying data-driven solutionsStrong understanding of experimentation, statistics, and machine learningExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Databricks and ML lifecycle tools is beneficial
