Data Scientist – Model Development📍 Lod | Full-timeAbout the RoleJoin a model development team driving strategic, cross-organizational AI initiatives across all business units of the bank. The team leverages advanced AI technologies and innovative models across domains such as marketing, customer service, pricing, and technology.As a Data Scientist, you will design, build, and deploy models on an AWS-based infrastructure, extracting business insights from data using advanced analytical tools and AI technologies. You'll define algorithmic solutions to complex business challenges, analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, present analytical findings and strategic insights to stakeholders, and evaluate and measure model performance and effectiveness.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience developing end-to-end models, including classification and regression ML models – required5+ years of experience processing and analyzing large tabular datasets – requiredProven experience developing in Python – requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions – requiredExperience developing Generative AI-based applications – advantageExperience with data processing using PySpark – advantageExperience working in cloud environments – advantageHands-on experience and deep business understanding of the banking/finance sector – advantageExperience working in large, complex organizations with broad systems thinking – advantageBSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
